SASSA R370 Payment Dates for September 2026 – Full Schedule


 SASSA has confirmed the R370 SRD grant payment dates for September 2026.


If you are receiving the R370 Social Relief of Distress grant, your payment will be processed between 23 September and 29 September 2026.


How to check:

Go to srd.sassa.gov.za → Scroll to Status Check → Enter your ID and Phone number.


Payment will reflect in your bank account within 2-3 working days after the pay date.


Important: Keep your phone number active. SASSA sends SMS when money is ready.
