How to Do SASSA SRD Status Check Online 2026 (Link Inside)


 To check your SASSA SRD R370 status:


Step 1: Go to https://srd.sassa.gov.za/sc19/status

Step 2: Enter your South African ID number

Step 3: Enter your phone number used for application

Step 4: Click Submit


Your status will show: Approved, Pending, or Declined.


If declined, you can appeal within 30 days on same website by clicking "Lodge an Appeal".


If status says Approved but no pay date: Wait for SMS from SASSA. Your bank is verifying your account.
